Grow your business. Expand your leadership. Bring your children.
That you’re done separating business, motherhood, and life
That you’re craving deeper connection—with yourself, your children, and women who truly get it
That your next level isn’t more strategy
For the Woman Who Has Built something
You don’t leave your life behind.
You bring it with you—and elevate it.
Sovereign Mamas Village is not a typical retreat.
And it’s not just “time off.”
This is a living, breathing environment where:
Where success, sovereignty, and deep connection are no longer in conflict—but fully lived, together.
Over 7 days in a private luxury villa in Bali, you’ll step into:
This is where personal development meets real-life application:
→ clarifying what actually matters in your business and life
→ identifying patterns that keep you stuck or overextended
→ making decisions from self-trust instead of pressure or expectation
→ aligning your strategy with the way you want to live and lead
So your strategy is no longer something you force —
but something that works because it’s aligned with who you are.
to help you recalibrate your identity, leadership, and internal standards so the way you think, decide, and lead your business becomes more aligned, sustainable, and effective
Sovereign Spirit Session (integration + leadership alignment)
to bring you back into your body, increase presence, and support integration so insights actually translate into action
Empowerment yoga & self-awareness practices
to help you soften where you’ve been overcompensating and access a more sustainable way of leading and creating
Feminine energy space holding
to give you uninterrupted space to think, speak, and access your own clarity without outside noise or pressure
Thinking environment facilitation
to reconnect you with your energy, desire, and creative power so you can make aligned decisions in your business and relationships
Sacred sexuality & life force activation
to release emotional weight and reset your nervous system so you can think clearly and respond instead of react
Shamanic Breathwork
The Result
The Practice
Inside this container, you’ll be supported through a range of practices designed to create real, lasting shifts in how you lead, live, and make decisions:
No pressure to be “on.”
No expectation to perform healing.
No need to prove anything.
You are met exactly where you are —
and gently expanded beyond it.
This is not about escaping your life.
This is about learning how to live it differently.
Motherhood is not something you leave at the door.
It’s part of your leadership.
(Children and partners are welcome — we are creating a new way of living, not stepping out of it.)
You will be supported here.
Held in a space designed for growth, honesty, and connection.
And your presence matters.
Every woman who joins brings her energy, her story, and her perspective.
Together, those contributions shape the experience we create.
That’s why the application process matters.
Not to exclude — but to ensure we are building a thoughtful, aligned community.
What Makes This Different
The Environment
In addition to everything below, curated Balinese exploration experiences can be booked at an additional charge.
Family Integration
This space is anchored and guided by Julia Jerg.
With over 13 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, leadership, and personal development, alongside authorship and building platforms that amplify women’s voices, this work is rooted in both depth and lived leadership.
More than that, this is not a space held alone.
It is co-created through the women within it.
If something in your body responds to this, not just interest, but a deeper knowing, you are invited to apply.
What You'll Walk Away With
While we would love for everyone to join our first community meal together at 5:30 PM on Monday, we understand that travel plans can vary. If you cannot make the opening dinner, please ensure you are onsite and ready for the start of the core programme sessions on Tuesday morning at 10:00 AM.
We recommend landing and checking into the sanctuary between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on Monday, July 6. This gives you time to settle into your room and enjoy our curated grazing boards at your leisure before our welcoming ceremony and dinner.
We have designed a daily rhythm that balances deep inner work with family connection:
07:30 AM – 09:30 AM: Community Village Breakfast.
08:00 AM onwards: Children can join the Little Sovereign Nature Camp.
08:30 AM – 09:30 AM: Optional Morning Soul Activation or Yoga.
10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: The core session for mamas.
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: Communal Village Lunch.
Afternoons: Personal time for rest, swimming, or 1:1 sessions, with a complimentary family activity scheduled daily at 4:00 PM.
Evenings: Independent dinner time followed by an optional firepit gathering from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM to connect under the stars.
Our cuisine is designed to nourish the whole family, celebrating vibrant Balinese traditions with a modern, healthful twist. We provide daily breakfast and lunch freshly prepared by our private culinary team.
Absolutely. While we provide a rich schedule of daily offerings for mamas, partners, and children, we have intentionally built "white space" into the afternoons. This allows for family connection, naps, or exploring the beautiful surroundings of Keramas at your own pace.
Not at all. This is your week, and there are no “shoulds” in the Village. You are welcome to dive deep into every session or simply spend your days resting by the pool while your children are at camp. Everything is designed to give you the space to listen to your own nervous system and let the retreat unfold naturally.
We view this week as a portal for nervous system alignment and clarity. To support the collective energy of the group, we prefer that guests do not consume alcohol on the retreat premises. However, we respect your personal choice to enjoy a drink while exploring the local restaurants and beach clubs outside of our curated sessions.
Beyond our communal breakfast and lunches and the special opening and closing feasts, dinners are intended to be independent "Connection Time" for families. This allows you the flexibility to explore local restaurants or enjoy a quiet meal in your villa. If you prefer to stay in, our team is happy to help you order dinner directly to your accommodation.
After our morning sessions conclude, we transition into family connection time. However, if you would like to book a spa treatment, a 1:1 session, or simply some extra quiet time, additional private care can be arranged onsite at an extra cost. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure a trusted helper is ready for you.
To ensure every child is supported, we tailor the experience:
Ages 0–3: We provide dedicated 1:1 nanny care so your little one can follow their own nap and feeding rhythms.
Ages 3–9: Children join our Little Sovereign Nature Camp, a group-based program focused on Balinese crafts, nature play, and cultural immersion.
Teenagers: While they may be "too cool" for the camp, we love having teens in the Village! We can provide a curated list of local recommendations—from surf lessons and skate parks to creative workshops—to keep them inspired.
Not at all—we welcome children of all ages! Our goal is to create a space where the whole family feels at home. Our structured childcare and "Nature Camp" hours are from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM daily, allowing you to be fully present in your morning sessions.
Pack for ease and movement. For the mamas: light, breathable fabrics (linen/cotton) for workshops and yoga, a swimsuit, and a shawl for cooler evenings or temple visits. For the kids: plenty of swim gear, hats, and comfortable play clothes that can get a little "nature-kissed." We provide hairdryers, basic toiletries, and robes, so you can travel light. There is also daily laundry service onsite available!
Yes. While the Little Sovereign Nature Camp provides structured care and activities from 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM, additional private babysitting with our “Mamas Angels” can be arranged onsite for the afternoons or evenings at an extra cost. This is a great option if you would like to book a private session or enjoy an independent dinner.
Partners are a vital part of the Village. While the women's program is a dedicated "inner work" container, partners have their own access to the venue's amenities to recharge. They are invited to join the collective family meals and specific evening "Village Circles," creating a shared memory for the whole family. For those looking to dive deeper, we also offer a curated menu of additional activities—from surf coaching and traditional healing to guided excursions—which can be booked into their schedule at an additional cost.
While the mamas are in session, the children will be immersed in a bespoke, nature-based program led by our dedicated village helpers. Think Balinese crafts, garden exploration, and gentle cultural immersion. It is designed to be a "parallel retreat" for them—high on play and intentional/guided movement. The children’s supervised program runs from 7.30am until lunchtime.
Most visitors can enter on a standard Visa on Arrival (VoA), but we recommend checking the latest Indonesian travel requirements based on your passport. If you are joining us as a facilitator or speaker, please reach out so we can ensure you have the correct documentation.
As a mostly all-inclusive experience, you’ll only need funds for personal incidentals or drinks, boutique shopping, tips, and the one meal not included in the package. Most larger venues in Bali accept credit cards, but cash is still king in local markets and smaller cafes. There are reliable ATMs nearby, and our team can assist with money changing.
The non-refundable deposit of $555 USD is required upon acceptance of the application form. The remaining balance is due by May 31. All payments are processed securely via Wise.
